A visit to the Yela Ka Forest is a magical and unique adventure into an untouched wilderness. As the forest is inaccessible by road, transportation is by boat. The mangrove-lined estuary into the forest is generally only passable at high tide. For this reason, it’s necessary to arrange your visit in advance.

Please note there is an entrance fee of $30 which includes boat transport to and from the Yela Ka Forest, a snack and a local guide. Your transportation to and from the Okat Marina must be arranged separately, either through hotel, taxi or rental car.
